The Bill (Reg. No.2460) supplements the Law "On Preliminary Detention" and the Criminal Executive Code with the regulations, pursuant to which, the administrative offices of the penitentiary institutions are prohibited to look thought the correspondence forwarded by the persons under arrest or convicted persons to their solicitors, or received from them.
